In awe and trembling, the fiery seraphim declare the holiness of God, proclaiming the eternal glory
that shakes the heavens with their cry of "Holy, Holy, Holy."

In the year that king Uzziah died,
I saw the Lord, enthroned on high.
His train filled the temple, a glorious sight,
Above Him stood the seraphim in radiant light.
With six wings each, they took their flight,
Two to veil their face from the holy light.
Two to cover their feet in reverent grace,
Two to soar in the sacred place.
Holy, holy, holy, is the LORD of hosts,
The earth is full of His glory,
The heavens sing in endless praise,
The voice of angels, a symphonic blaze.
And the four beasts stood, mighty, divine,
Eyes within, unceasing time.
Day and night their voices rise,
A song of glory that never dies.
"Lord God Almighty, who was, who is,
Who is to come, eternal bliss."
Their wings unfold, their voices soar,
A thundering choir forevermore.
Holy, holy, holy, is the LORD of hosts,
The earth is full of His glory,
The heavens sing in endless praise,
The voice of angels, a symphonic blaze.
Their voices rise like oceans roar,
A hymn resounds forevermore.
Seraphim cry in radiant flame,
Eternal echoes of His Name.
Holy, holy, holy, is the LORD,
Angels cry in one accord.
Their wings unfold, their faces veiled,
Before His throne, their praise unveiled.
Holy, holy, holy, is the LORD of hosts,
The earth is full of His glory,
The heavens sing in endless praise,
The voice of angels, a symphonic blaze.
Holy, holy, holy, the seraphim proclaim,
The earth resounds with His holy name.
The temple shakes, the heavens sing,
The glory of the Lord, our King.
Isaiah 6:1–3 (KJV):
"In the year that king Uzziah died I saw also the Lord sitting upon a throne, high and lifted up, and his train filled the temple. Above it stood the seraphims: each one had six wings; with twain he covered his face, and with twain he covered his feet, and with twain he did fly. And one cried unto another, and said, Holy, holy, holy, is the LORD of hosts: the whole earth is full of his glory."
Revelation 4:8 (KJV):
"And the four beasts had each of them six wings about him; and they were full of eyes within: and they rest not day and night, saying, Holy, holy, holy, Lord God Almighty, which was, and is, and is to come."
